The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi stated that in 144 polling stations the identification of voters is becoming manual.
Celibashi stressed that there were problems with electronic devices in these polling stations.
He stressed that so far there have been no serious problems endangering the voting process, except in sporadic cases.
We emphasize that these elections are very important for the progress of Albania on the democratic path, given that the parameters of democracy in Albania are among the lowest in the region and Europe.
