The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Viola von Cramon considered "unacceptable" the vote of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti in the parliamentary elections of Albania.

Kurti, who also has Albanian citizenship, voted in Albania's parliamentary elections on Sunday, April 25.

"I cannot understand what this is all about. On one hand everyone in Kosovo complains about interference from Serbia or from President
Aleksandar Vucic himself but on the other hand here does the PM of Kosovo even vote in a neighboring state. Not acceptable. At least not for me", von Cramon wrote on Twitter.

Even Enver Hoxhaj, the acting chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in opposition, has criticized Kurti, saying that he "is more interested in party members there than the fate of fellow citizens here."
