Albanian and American divers demonstrate their skills in Vlora in the framework of Defender-Europe 21

 US Army divers and those of the Albanian Navy had recently training exercises during joint logistics operations from sea to shore at the Pasha Limani Naval Base in Vlora.

The exercise comes as part of Defender-Europe 21 to ensure that US and NATO participating forces are trained, able to act together, and ready to respond to any threat from any direction.

"Defender 21" started on May 4 and will last until June 9.

Albania is one of the 16 host countries in the development of this military exercise. Our Armed Forces are represented by about 1000 troops.

Meanwhile, 28,000 multinational troops will carry out activities almost simultaneously in more than 30 training areas in over 12 countries.
