The director of the Department for Eurasia at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yacov Livne, thanked Kosovo for publishing an official stance on the Israeli conflict with the Palestinian terrorist organization, Hamas.
"Thank you Kosovo!", Livne wrote on Twitter, where he shared the position of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, also expressed on Twitter.
Kosovo's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has assessed Israel's response to rocket attacks by the Palestinian militant group Hamas as fair.
"As every state #Israel has the right and the obligation to defend its people against 2000+ rockets fired at civilians only by Hamas, who is holding Palestinian civilians hostage in its war. We mourn all victims. We urge for refrain, stop of violence & seeking peaceful solutions", it is said in the reaction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo.
Thus, Kosovo joined the countries that consider Israel's response to the attacks of the Palestinian militants to be right.
While Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has thanked countries that have supported Israel in responding to rocket attacks by the Palestinian organization Hamas.
"Thank you for standing firm with the Israeli flag and for upholding our right to self-defense against terrorist attacks," Netanyahu wrote on Twitter.
