The property issue has caused more deaths during the 30 years in transition than the crimes of communism, this is what is pretended on Euronews Albania in an analyst's debate.
Analyst Aleksandër Çipa says that this is a delicate issue and no one is trying to solve it from scratch.
The candidate of the Nisma Thurje, Pano Soko said that it is about 500 thousand illegal constructions that have brought a social clash.
"We have the owners and those who have occupied it, practically the population is divided into two parts and no one dares to be clearly positioned in political interest in support of one side," he said.
Also, Mr. Soko added that during the transition period the biggest massacre took place after someone took it unjustly and sold it and for one property we have three owners.
"It is not just the law 7501, but this is the crux of the problem," he said.
According to Mr. Copa from the property have been created centric circles as some of the owners have been compensated but have not completely solved the problem.
"Any party that promises to resolve the property issue in Albania is hypocritical, it tends to cheat and lie publicly," said the analyst.
For Ben Andoni, the issue of property can not be easily resolved as it is one of the biggest tragedies in Albania.
"There are almost 9,000 dead, has surpassed the murder figures of communism and that is for sure", declared the journalist.
