The Albanian Embassy in Bern appeals to all parents and school-age children to massively attend the teaching of the Albanian language.

Representatives of the embassy visited the Albanian school in Lausanne, as a new school opened recently in the chain of 50 Albanian schools in Switzerland.

They were part of a lesson with teacher Anita Durici. “The passion of the teacher and the curiosity of Albanian students to learn their mother tongue, culture and history are examples of inspiration for all of us to motivate us to give the maximum in the massification of learning the Albanian language and culture in the diaspora. "A special thanks to the parents of these wonderful children who with their work and sacrifice make the children, even though they grow up in another country, definitely have to learn the Albanian language, culture and history", the embassy says in its post in social networks.

The last Albanian school that was opened in Switzerland and today counts 50 such in the whole country is that of Rorschacherberg, of the Canton of St. Gallen-it. A great help in this effort has been given by the Directorate of the Swiss school, the parents, and the coordinator of the Albanian School in Switzerland Dr. Vaxhid Sejdiu.
