33-year-old Sokol Çapja was executed in a mafia assassination attempt in 2005 near the "Univers" hotel, an object owned by the victim. Sokol Çapja was a well-known name for the police and the judiciary, while there were suspicions that the former police officer, Fadil Mema, was also involved in the murder.
