Vucic warns Albania and Kosovo not to file genocide charges against Serbia

 The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, says that the warning of the Kosovo officials to raise the issue of genocide against Serbia can be achieved only through another state, Albania.

"Are you threatening Serbia with a genocide trial?" You can only achieve this through another state, which is Albania - that means union with Albania. I urge Kosovo Albanians not to do this," said the Serbian president.

During an interview for Pink TV in Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic commented on the issue of changing the borders, which according to him is a topic that is treated unilaterally against Serbia.

"When you hear the reaction of the people where they are against the change of the borders, let them know that they are lying openly, they are in favor of the change of the borders of Serbia. Then say that that this stance is held because of the humanitarian catastrophe. Is there no humanitarian catastrophe in Syria, Afghanistan or Iraq? You have not yet separated Basra from Iraq, or Homs from Damascus. You have done this only to Serbia. For Europe, Serbia is successful only without Kosovo. The great powers have always done this, they want unity against the Serbs," Vucic said.

According to him, Serbia can reach agreements with all countries in the region, but foreign actors constantly want to limit and restrain Serbia.
