A 39-year-old man was found without signs of life in his apartment last night in the small coastal town of Shengjin.
It is about a 39-year-old man of Russian origin, identified as Eduart Niksini. The latter was found without signs of life by his brother-in-law, who later called the police.
The first suspicions of the blue uniforms are that the 39-year-old died because of the use of alcoholic beverages and other substances since the preliminary examination of his body did not reveal any signs of violence or other injuries.

At Around 22:40, last night, in Shengjin, Lezha, on the fifth floor of an apartment, was found without signs of life by his brother-in-law, citizen E.N., 39 years old, with Russian citizenship, who from preliminary data is suspected to have died as a result of the use of alcoholic beverages and other substances.
From the preliminary examination of his body, no signs of violence or other injuries were found.
