Albanian Police have handcuffed a 42-year-old man in Durrës after he was declared internationally wanted. Blendi Cërmjani was arrested for the purpose of extradition to Kosovo, where he was convicted of "Theft", A2CNN reports.
The provisional arrest of this citizen was made after the Basic Court of Prizeren issued an arrest warrant against citizen B. C., for the criminal offense "Theft", provided by the Criminal Code of Kosovo.
