 Tropoja is best known for the Valbona Valley National Park, which for years has become one of the biggest tourist attractions in the north.

"Shoshan Canyon and Vrella":

About 6 kilometers northeast of the town of Bajram Curri, in the village of Shoshan at the entrance of Valbona park, the river has formed a fantastic canyon between the mountain massifs of Shkëzlen (2,404 m) from the northeast and the Alps on the side of the so-called "Maja e Potkuqit" (850 m) from the west.

At Shoshan Canyon
One stop at this point is not to be missed.

It is above this canyon on a bridge that you can enjoy the stunning view of the Valbona river, while down in a part behind the gorge, swimming enthusiasts or even adventurers may bathe.

Further down is the "Shoshan Vrella" a natural spring water source in which there is a mill over a hundred years old known as "Bajram Curri Mill".

Dragobi Cave:

Known mainly for the Fan Noli elegy dedicated to the figure of Bajram Curri, who died in this place in 1925, "Dragobia Cave" is a very interesting point to reach for those who are passionate about walking and exploring nature. With a distance of about 2.6 kilometers and a difference of 300 meters (700-1000 meters) the path to the cave is relatively easy and marked.

Old Valbona Mill:

About 10 kilometers beyond Dragobi on the edge of Valbona is the old mill that bears the name of the river. Rebuilt several times, the mill has a footbridge through which it can be reached.

Valbona Waterfall:

Valbona originates about 5 kilometers west of Rragami, the last inhabited village in the valley. The journey to get there is moderately easy and is advised to be done after the snow melts in the spring as in cold weather the terrain can become extremely difficult to cross.

It is worth mentioning that the water of Valbona originates mainly from the melting of the snow and for this reason in the summer months the waterfall inflows reduces significantly..
