Albania wins gold at the World Cup with Petrov

 It is a historic triumph for Albanian gymnastics! Gymnast Matvei Petrov, representing Albania, has snatched the gold medal at the World Cup in Artistic Gymnastics in Osijek, Croatia.

This is a fantastic success for Albania, which keeps alive the hope for the first medal in the history of Albania in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

The Russian athlete, naturalized as an Albanian and competing for the red and black flag, managed to leave behind the Cossack Nariman Kurbanov, as well as Meszaros on pommel horse. 40 gymnasts from all over the world took part.
