US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Reeker is visiting Albania today.
The senior US official at 10:30 had a meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama, then with the leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, but did not meet with President Ilir Meta.
No details were revealed.
Then Reeker will travel to the neighboring country of North Macedonia.
It is worth mentioning here that "Prespa Forum Dialogue" will be held on July 1 and 2 in Ohrid.
