The Prime Minister of the country, Edi Rama has shown details about his official visit to Turkey. With a note on the social network "Facebook", the head of government says that he will stay in Ankara for two days and the focus will be on a series of topics, where will be discussed mainly the continuation of bilateral projects.

According to Rama, in his meetings, the emphasis will be on the field of tourism, energy, transport, pharmaceutical sector, etc.

"Two-day visit for the progress of bilateral cooperation projects between ministries and organized contacts with investors in digital technology, tourism, pharmaceuticals, energy, transport," said Rama.

Due to the visit to Turkey, the majority leader did not attend the meeting of the National Assembly of the Socialist Party today.

The Assembly meeting was held "online" and was chaired by the Secretary-General, Taulant Balla.

Prime Minister Edi Rama a few days ago paid a visit to the Memorial Hospital in Fier, while watching closely the conditions and talked with the team of doctors from Turkey who serve in this hospital.

He said that doctors from Turkey have a dual role, where in addition to caring for patients, will help Albanian doctors to acquire their knowledge in the field of hospital services.

"Your mission is twofold, to serve as you usually do, but also to share with your Albanian colleagues all your knowledge and experience. We want this hospital to be a center of knowledge transfer for other hospitals and for health personnel in other hospitals. We want you to feel at home", Rama said.
