Saranda police have arrested the 50-year-old Bukuroshe Muarremi, after being accused of trafficking the 12-year-old with the initials Ronaldo Tanushi.

Albanian media reports that the 12-year-old would be used to beg on the main boulevard of the coastal city during the summer months.
