Eftimi Boziqi, 94, who lives in Athens, was allowed to apply for biometric documents at her apartment.
Considering her age, the consular services at the embassy enabled her to apply at the residence of the 94-year-old Albanian, by sending the embassy staff to the address.
"Mother Eftimi, 94 years old, did not hide her enthusiasm when she met with the employees who applied for a passport and ID card in her house. Despite her old age and difficulties in moving out of her sofa, her thankful smiles were the sublime reward of the mission and the best motivation to serve all those people with no access to consular services at the Embassy", it is written on the Facebook page of the Albanian Embassy in Athens.
