On Tuesday, November 2, New Yorkers will vote for the next mayor and other key local officials. Albanian lawyer Aleksandër Mici is also part of the race for the municipal council. He is running for City Council in District 13 in the Pelham Parkway area, Morris Park, Pelham Bay, Throgs Neck Pelham Gardens Allerton, Williamsbridge, and City Island. In this constituency, Albanian voters make up a significant number of this district but the representation of the Albanian community has been very weak in previous elections.

At the moment, the Democrats are running in the political parties in the election campaign, but the chances are that in the final general elections I will face Marjorie Velazquez. I have no race within my party, it favors and motivates me to work with the electorate and focus on campaigning as the only party candidate in the Republican camp.
