The Independent Qualification Commission dismisses the prosecutor of Shkodra, Ermir Lelçi.
It resulted in problems in 2 of the 3 main criteria, that of wealth and the professional criterion, local media reports.
His dismissal creates other vacancies in the judicial system.
Ermir Lelçi started his career in the justice system in 2000 as a judicial police officer.
Since 2004 he has been appointed prosecutor in Shkodra.
The problems with his properties were mainly related to the lack of financial resources to justify the purchase of an apartment in Shkodra.
The Independent Qualification Commission also found professional problems as in some cases there was a conflict of interest.
