Albania receives a 90 million euro donation from the EU to face the Pandemic

 Albania will receive 90 million euros in financial assistance from the EU to cope with the economic consequences of Covid-19 that affected the whole world. The good news has been confirmed by EU Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhelyi.

In a Twitter post, he writes that this is the second last installment of 180 million euros from the support program for Albania, in order to help Albania to cope with the consequences in the economy from the Covid-19 pandemic.

"Important news for Albania! EU today disbursed €90m in Macro-Financial Assistance, second&last tranche of €180m support program to Albania aiming to help limit economic fallout of #COVID-19 pandemic." Varhelyi writes.
