Another 5-star hotel in Albania, the cooperation agreement is signed

 Investments in the most famous international brands in the hotel and tourism sector are increasing in Albania, making our country more and more sought after by foreign tourists and vacationers.

The Minister of Tourism and Environment Mirela Kumbaro Furxhi and the Vice President of Intercontinental Hotels Group for Southeast Europe Hylko Versteeg have signed a cooperation agreement with "Mediterranean Investment Group" to bring to Durrës the internationally known brand "Crowne Plaza" through an investment of 15 million euros.

Kumbaro said that, "this is another five-star hotel in Albania following the strategy of encouraging international brands for their investments in our country".

"These structures place Albania in the most important tourist destinations in addition to creating new jobs and offering another standard in hotel services," said the minister.
