The director of the State Police, Gledis Nano, has signed the order that obliges every police officer at the local and central level to take the drug test.
The police announced today that they signed a cooperation agreement with a private medical laboratory for “creating opportunities for periodic medical examination of State Police employees, in the framework of raising standards and personal integrity, to stop their use of narcotics.”.
The law on police stipulates that every effective person must undergo a drug test.
