 The murder of the 43-year-old businessman already has two suspected perpetrators, the Rrushi brothers. Tirana police arrested Pajtim Rrushi, 42, after being accused of taking part in the murder of Ruzhdi Hoxha.

Earlier, Fredi Rrushi was also handcuffed, suspected as the person who killed Hoxha. Investigations show that on the night of October 24, Fredi Rrushi took the inert businessman Ruzhdi Hoxha in his car, after he had called him several times and from a business, on the highway, they headed towards Paskuqan, to cross further to Qafë Mollë, after Mount Dajti.

Investigators have found Hoxha's cell phone at 'Shkolla e Bashkuar' in Tirana, which is thought to have been thrown by Fredi Rushi. Meanwhile, his brother, Pajtim, is accused of not telling the police that his vehicle was used to abduct Hoxha, while he also participated in hiding the body after killing him with 2 bullets. Police first found the businessman's bloody sweatshirt and further the lifeless body, covered in stones and gravel.

Meanwhile, the police communicated the charge of murder to Fredi Rrushi, in the detention facilities, after he was arrested on October 26, 2 days after the disappearance of the businessman Hoxha, after being wanted by the Italian authorities for drug trafficking.

Police also accuse him of cultivating a cannabis plot in Tirana. The investigation tracks for Hoxha's assassination are numerous, but the investigation team is focusing on narcotics and the debts owed by the victim.

Although in an interview to local media, the victim's son had claimed that he no debts at all and was a longtime friend of Fredi Rushi.
