The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama during the conversation with journalists in Belgrade said that the apology from Serbia for Kosovo comes after the end of the dialogue between the two countries.
Rama took the example of Germany and France, saying that even Germany had not apologized after the Second World War.
"You have heard it said that Serbia should apologize, and I strongly agree, and I think it is the lid that should finally be put on a dialogue that should resolve all issues and provide a solution to the recognition of Kosovo by Serbia.", said Rama.
Further, he said that "Where I distinguish myself from those who have pardoned me, to show me how much I am a traitor, I tell them that at the end comes the forgiveness, it can not come at the beginning."
"Germany did not apologize in 1945, it did in 1969, and until then Germany and France have done everything but reach the final piece and have started exactly as is happening with the Open Balkans," Rama said.
Speaking about the Open Balkans, Rama said that this initiative does not affect the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
