Selman Dumani is the Albanian cardiologist, who performed the first operation at the University Hospital Center "Mother Teresa" of the aortic valve of the heart, placing a prosthesis without sutures.
The doctor, together with his team at the "Mother Teresa" hospital, performed the rare surgical intervention for Albania on the 77-year-old patient Rasim Bracaj, which was successful.
