Expenditures have doubled compared to last years, but are lower than two years ago.
On the other hand, Albanians who traveled abroad spent 800 million euros. Due to travel restrictions in many European Union countries, departures have been fewer.
The Bank of Albania says that for the 9-month period, their expenses increased compared to years, but are 35% lower than in 2019.
"Travel services were closed with a surplus of 385 million euros, compared to 133 million euros a year ago," said the report of the Bank of Albania.
