Some areas in the southeast of Albania have encountered problems, as they have been covered by snow for two days.
While as a result of heavy rainfall in the place known as "Dardhë", the thickness of the snow has gone up to 70 centimeters, where despite the work and maintenance of the road, small vehicles during the morning must be equipped with chains.
The snow in Voskopoja and Qafën e Qarrit varies from 5-15 centimeters, so there are no problems with the passage of vehicles in these areas.
Problems with electricity continue to exist in the territory of the Municipality of Maliq as rainfall has been accompanied by strong winds. There is a lack of energy in Gora, Moglica, Kolanec, Zboqeri while it is learned that working groups are on the ground to restore energy.
Devolli i Sipërm also suffers from lack of electricity, specifically in Ziçisht, Miras, Poncare, Nikolica, Sinica, Poloska.
Meanwhile, in Pogradec, for two hours, two administrative units, Dardhas and Trebinje, and 6 villages in the Proptisht unit have been without electricity. OSSHE says it is working but in none of the three units has the energy been returned so far.
There have been landslides in the village of Zall Torrë and measures are being taken to open the road.
National axes are currently open and there are no problems with the exception of some rural secondary roads which can only be circulated with chains.
