Alexander Dermenkli is the president of the association "Union of Albanians of Ukraine".
He says they live in an area very far from conflict zones.
Dermenkli says there are some Albanian servicemen in Ukraine, when a number of them are also in conflict zones.
He says that despite the tense situation, there will be no war.
"Politicians will sit at the table and solve the problem. "There will be no war," Dermenkli told RTK.
He says that Albanians from Kosovo and Albania but also the diaspora have expressed their readiness to come to their aid and even to get involved in the war.
"They want soldiers to come from Kosovo. There is already a military man from Albania. They have been to many wars and want to come here too. Albanians everywhere offer us help. They get me on the phone. We are in talks," Dermenkli added.
The Russia-Ukraine tensions, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora in Kosovo have called on its citizens to leave Ukraine as soon as possible.
The announcement of the ministry says that the beginning of an open armed conflict can no longer be ruled out.
