Ravajol Hasani is one of the most famous Albanian chefs in the world. Hasani, who lives in Cyprus, has a long experience in the field of gastronomy. Counts a range of international awards but this year, he has been rated as one of the 150 best bosses in the world.
Among the awards with which he has been awarded are ‘Silver Spoon’, ‘Golden Hat’ and ‘Best Chef for 2016 ″. Has had the opportunity to cook for several celebrities, including Rihanna, Hug Jackman and many others.
In an interview with Albanian media, he reveals some secrets of his success.
"What I try to do is go over the demands that customers want. Invent recipes and move on to Ravajoli's identity. It's my identity on that plate...," he said among other things.
