Three Albanians are caught in a house full of cannabis in Leicester

 Three Albanian citizens have fallen into the hands of the English police, after being caught in a 'house full of cannabis'.

Daily Mail writes that the arrested persons are: Ali Hoxha 29 years old, Juljan Jaku 24 years old and Renald Dema 21 years old.

The drugs, valued at approximately  £ 1.3 million, were discovered by sniffer dogs in an area of ​​Leicester. Police were surprised when a security company specializing in training sniffing drug dogs informed them that their dogs had found a big quantity of drugs in an apartment on 'Thames Street', Leicester.

Upon receiving the notification, the police went immediately to the scene and found the amount of drugs on the top floor of the building. The three Albanians were hiding in a warehouse during the police action, but then they were arrested.

Dema, 21, without a fixed address, was jailed for two years and three months. Hoxha, 29 years old, without a fixed address, was sentenced to two years and nine months, while Jaku, 24 years old, also without a fixed address, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison.

Speaking at the end of the case, the area detective inspector, Ross Dimmock said:

"This was an important discovery that not only led to the arrest of three people but also stopped drugs worth more than  £ 1 million from hitting our streets."
