| Albanian doctors helping Ukrainian refugees in Poland |
Albanian doctors who have been working in different European countries for several days have organized and are providing assistance to refugees fleeing Ukraine. Located on the Polish border they are also expected to offer surgical interventions for cases that have received various injuries.
The importance of prompt medical intervention in some cases is also life-saving.
Teams of Albanian doctors, part of the Federation of Albanian Doctors in Europe, will stay at the Polish border for several weeks.
"We are organizing together with Dr. Gani Zeka, a laparoscopic device, which helps in acute operations for the injured." she said.
