Two Albanians have become heroes in the US after defending a woman who was being kidnapped.
A 38-year-old named Louie Suljovic and his father Qazim Suljovic, 68, are fighting for their lives in hospital after being stabbed on Saturday night.
According to NYPost, they are Montenegrin Albanians. The incident happened at their pizzeria in Queens, New York after they intervened to help a 61-year-old woman who fell prey to robbers.
But the father was stabbed nine times along with the son who received severe lung injuries, according to prosecutors and a relative of theirs. The woman was also stabbed in the back by one of the robbers.
