Anita Likmeta, an Albanian among the 50 most famous Italians in Europe, competes today for InspiringFifty Europe 2022 which will be held at Westminster Abbey in London (England) on June 13.
Born in Durrës, Anita left for Italy at the age of 11. She has managed to stand out as an innovator and creator of several businesses in the field of startups in Italy.
After "Fifty Italians in Europe for innovation", published by the famous Italian newspaper "Corriere Della Sera", Anita Likmeta is nominated as one of the most important women in the field of science and technology for Inspiring Fifty Europe 2022 in partnership with CEE: HER.
Anita Likmeta is the first Italian face on the prestigious InspiringFifty list, a project in collaboration with the technical partner ENI, the media partner RCS Group and in collaboration with DAZN and Klecha & Co.
The list includes Italian women who hold prestigious roles in various fields, from the scientific and technological sector, in the field of public administration to private companies.
Likmeta says she is convinced that “there is a force in women that creates a network and becomes development. "Thanks to the democratization of processes, we can renew an economy that has been created for women as well," said Anita during the interview given after getting acquainted with the nomination as one of the most inspiring women in Europe in the field of science and technology.
