A drug lab destroyed in Kosovo, four Serbs arrested

 Kosovo Police said that during an operation conducted on April 19, destroyed a drug laboratory in the Municipality of Zvecan. During this operation, four people were arrested, a Serb, a citizen of Kosovo, and three citizens of Serbia.

According to the report, the operation was carried out in the village of Kremestak, after the Police had received information that in a house it was suspected that there was a laboratory serving for cannabis cultivation.

According to the Police, 15 kilograms of suspected marijuana, ready for the market, suspected cannabis plants, cash, and other items were confiscated.

"It is estimated that the seized quantity of marijuana and cannabis plants exceeds the market value of over one million euros, while the equipment used for planting, growing, and cultivating cannabis exceeds the value of over 450,000 euros. It is about a structured criminal group who have acted in the sale of narcotics in the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia", it is said in the announcement.
