Albanian doctor Gani Zeka has appealed to help the Albanian community living in Ukraine, who as he said risk starvation.
Dr. Zeka, who lives in Poland, has initiated the initiative to provide assistance to Albanians living mainly in Odessa and Zaporizhia, calling on all Albanians everywhere to become part of this initiative.
In an interview with
Euronews Albania, he describet the situation of Albanians living in Ukraine as very serious.
"Please Albanians, put your hand on your heart to help Albanians who are isolated, who risk dying without food. The Albanian people must take care of, aid must be collected for the Albanian people who are in a very difficult situation. "In Zaporizhia, Albanians are surrounded," the doctor appealed.
