Today, the new line of "Air Albania" has officially started flights, from Kukës to Basel, Switzerland, and vice versa. The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Switzerland, Ilir Gjoni, CEO of "Air Albania", Sinan Dilek, Marketing Director of Basel Airport, Monica Linder-Guarnaccia and Ridgers Mema, Managing Director at the Airport of Kukes.
"Air Albania" is increasing the number of flights to many European destinations, this time between Kukes and Basel, between which there will be flights twice a week.
"This is a great opportunity for traffic and exchanges between the two countries, but especially for the Albanian diaspora, especially in Switzerland, but also France and Germany, given that Mulhouse Airport is a joint airport for all three countries."
