Mother Teresa International Airport announced that Wizz Air has launched direct flights to Billund, Denmark. Flights are operated twice a week every Wednesday and Sunday.
Billund is known as the birthplace of Lego, while the Legoland Billund theme park is the country's biggest attraction. Nearby is Lalandia, in Billund Water Park where there is a tropical aqua-dome.
The Jelling Congress can also be visited in Billund
Part of the Danish National Museum, Kongernes Jelling is an attraction that can be visited for free, and that preserves a 10th-century Viking monument listed in UNESCO, created by King Harald Bluetooth.
