Germany, currently, is the main destination of thousands of young Albanians and many other professions that have left and intend to leave the country to emigrate.
In more than 30 years of transition of our country, thousands of people have left for Germany for a better life and the vast majority have managed not only to find work but also to start a family and start a new life.
Previously, Germany was the main country where Albanians from Kosovo and North Macedonia emigrated. If until yesterday it was difficult to look for or find a job, today it seems that things are simpler and this is due to the fact that in Germany the Albanian lobby is coming and getting stronger and Albanian clubs have been set up to help each other.
One is also in the northern German city of Bocholt in one of Germany's most industrialized lands. For 30 years, this club has been gathering Bocholt Albanians, whether they are from Albania, Kosovo or North Macedonia. Many of the companies where Albanians are currently employed are with Albanian owners, who try to employ as many Albanians as possible, not only because they belong to the same ethnicity, but also because of the values they have and the work they do.
