Dritan Abazović |
The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazović, said this evening that he is ready to resign.
Abazović said this while commenting on the statement of the Democratic Party of Montenegro, which said that the prime minister should resign after the election of the judicial bodies.
Abazović has emphasized that there is no problem with the request for resignation, adding that he supports the request that the Assembly does not consider the eventual initiatives to remove the mandate of the government before four members of the Judicial Council and at least one judge of the Constitutional Court are elected.
He said that he does not see the statement of the Democrats as an ultimatum, stressing that he wants to solve the problems.
"I have come to make decisions", Abazovic said.
"The government will fulfill all its obligations to the citizens, it will not remain blocked, nothing will be missing", he emphasized.
