 The White House in Washington, on the 4th of July, at the celebration of the 246th Anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America, had as special guests the well-known Albanian-American, Besa Tafilaj Pinchotti, Executive Director of the National Military Family Association, accompanied by two of her three children: daughter Zana and son Lorik.

Besa Tafilaj is the daughter of the activist, philanthropist and well-known Albanian-American publisher, Ramiz Tafilaj, who was recently awarded by the President of the Republic of Albania with the high decoration "Knight of the Order of Skanderbeg" (New York, June 12, 2022 ), decorated by American President Donald Trump with the "Lifetime Achievement" Award (2019); holds the title "Honorary Citizen" of Vushtria and the Key of same city of Kosovo (2021), the high award "Mark Krasniqi" (in Plavë-Guci, Montenegro, August 1, 2021), etc.

Besa Tafilaj was born and raised in Houston, Texas, studied journalism and business at the University of Texas, and completed her master's degree at the University of North Carolina. In her CV, she has marked a successful career as a journalist and television speaker, such as on the American television network ABC, etc., and, as the prominent Albanian-American activity, Faton Bislimi, says: "being also an author of some exclusive reports on the War in Kosovo on American TVs". Besa is married to David J. Jr. Pinchotti, an officer of the United States Marine Corps, and has three children with typical Albanian names: Lira, Zana, Lorik, who also enjoy the care of her mother, grandmother Diana Tafilaj.

The acquaintance and good friendship between the Tafilaj and Biden families started in 1986, in more than three decades, when Biden was a senator of the US Senate, continuing in the interest of America and the Albanian Nation, through the generations, by Ramiz Tafilaj up to his daughter, Besa Tafilaj Pinchotti with her family, with her children.

Besa Tafilaj Pinchotti, Executive Director of the US National Military Family Association (National Military Family Association), who was also present on the pages of "Gazeta e Alpe" (pan-Albanian and inter-Balkan media), is the Guest of Honor in "The National Assembly of the Alps", in Vermosh of the Great Highlands of Shkodra District, on July 31, 2022 and in the "Third Meeting of Plavë-Guci", in the house of culture in Vuthaj, Plavë-Guci, Montenegro, on August 1, 2022, where there will be a special Greeting and will be honored with a high Award relating to her activity.
