Erion Fishti is the 23-year-old Albanian who was declared the winner of the cooking program on Sky. He won the first prize at the Academy of Chef Antonino Cannavaciuolo and from that moment he received many offers.
In an interview with the Albanian media, Erion shared the details of how he won the first prize and the prejudices he has felt due to the fact that he is Albanian. He has discovered that the specialty in his cooking is fish since he grew up in Italy in a place near the sea.
"In the beginning, it was a little difficult because I have never been in front of a camera. I participated and won. It is hard to compete because this name is very well known here. Even in Curriculum, it is a very good experience. I received many job offers after that, but I don't like to go after the money, I look after the name.
