The forensic expertise that led to the release of the Chinese citizen Liangbin Chen, who was wanted by the Chinese authorities for robbery by the fraud of an amount of nearly 145 million euros, is clarified.
Euronews Albania showed the expert report, signed by doctors Elton Serani and Dr. of Sciences Zija Ismaili, which was taken into account today by the Tirana Court, which left the 32-year-old Chinese man under 'house arrest, with the claim that he is ill.
In the document dated September 6 of this year, it is stated that Liangibim Chen's health condition does not allow him to stay in the cell, as his life is in danger from the disease.
"In the current state of health in which citizen Liangibim Chen is, he cannot be treated in the conditions of detention as he is, as his illness is in a critical state and a neurological medical emergency, which requires intensive treatment by specialist doctors in the field, as he may have asphyxiation death", it is stated in the report of expertise.
In the act of expertise, it is also recommended that the young Chinese follow a nutritional diet, where he should avoid protein food, coffee and hunger.
