This is what the Mexican media "El Universal" writes, after an extensive investigation into the boss of the Sinaloa Cartel, the largest drug trafficking organization in the world, which extends to several states, as far as the United States of America.

According to El Universal, Ismael El Mayo Zambada, known as El Mayo, is allied with four Albanian brothers who have several casinos in Mexico as well as in Albania along the coastline. "El Universal," says that the four Albanian brothers are Luftar, Arben, Fatos and Ramiz Hysa.

In addition, they invest large sums of money in Albania to clean them, in investments focused on gambling activities and in the field of tourism.

At this time, according to federal authorities, Albanians are conducting an operation on behalf of the Sinaloa cartel to transfer millions of dollars to their country through front companies. The links between Mexican cartels and Albanian drug trafficking and money laundering groups were not known until now, according to the intelligence authorities consulted.
