Federal government intelligence authorities discovered that Ismael Zambada García, alias El Mayo, leader of a faction of the Sinaloa cartel, was allied with the Albanian mafia to launder millions of dollars in businesses, real estate, and investments in the coastal tourism sector."
This is what the Mexican media "El Universal" writes, after an extensive investigation into the boss of the Sinaloa Cartel, the largest drug trafficking organization in the world, which extends to several states, as far as the United States of America.
According to El Universal, Ismael El Mayo Zambada, known as El Mayo, is allied with four Albanian brothers who have several casinos in Mexico as well as in Albania along the coastline. "El Universal," says that the four Albanian brothers are Luftar, Arben, Fatos and Ramiz Hysa.

According to intelligence sources consulted by Mexican media, the four Albanians own a network of casinos and businesses in Sonora, Baja California, and Quintana Roo in which they launder millions of dollars from organized crime, along with lawyers. In addition, they invest large sums of money in Albania to clean them, in investments focused on gambling activities and in the field of tourism.
