Albanian MP in Serbian Parliament Shaip Kamberi says Kosovo is an independent state

 The Albanian deputy in the Serbian parliament, Shaip Kamberi, was the only opposition voice in the session dedicated to Kosovo.

He once again introduced the Serbian legislators to the reality that Kosovo is an independent state while underlining that the only way to normalize relations is through an agreement in dialogue.

"In the context of the future agreement, I have to emphasize that reciprocity is the right solution, as long as the aim is to solve the problems by political means. You must fulfill the interests through the agreement, as you will not be able to through unilateral decisions. Kosovo is independent from Serbia, and whatever you want to achieve there, you have to do it through an agreement with the government there, and whoever is in charge of the government there, it will not be influenced by Serbia."
