A handful political Albanians knew that the Democratic Party of Albania is (was) financed by Russian money

 Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama declared that the Democratic Party of Albania (DPA) was financed with Russian money.

In his speech to the Assembly, the head of the actually Albanian government stated that a group of people from this party were aware of the Russian funding.

"That DPA was financed with Russian money is known, it is a universally known fact that came out at that time, categorically denied by you. I did not hear this speech then.

I would suggest that you do not rush into proclamations and statements that may contradict you and you will again be forced to take a third and fourth position. That you have a problem at all, tomorrow you deny everything. How long do you have people who come from behind blindly and are ready to declare war on the world with the idea that this is a sovereign country and does not ask for anyone" - said, Rama.
