The Jublet (Xhubleta) file is accepted by UNESCO. This was announced by the Minister of Culture Elva Margariti from the capital of Morocco, Rabat, where the meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Protection and Preservation of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage is taking place. Margariti calls it extraordinary news for cultural heritage as a gift on the 110th anniversary of Independence.
"After a long, dedicated work of a large group of collaborators, the file on the craft of jublet was accepted into the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage under the protection of UNESCO." writes Margariti.
