Prime Minister Edi Rama announced today from Vlora that Vlora airport will be ready for flights at the end of 2024.
During the meeting with the tourist operators in Vlora, Rama said that the new projects in Vlora will give an important impetus to the economy in Vlora. While he did not stay without talking about the new Port in Vlora. Rama said that the new Port in Vlora will bring another category of tourists to Albania.
"We started with two construction sites that will give a boost to tourism, the new tourist port of Vlora that will bring another category of tourists and will definitely stimulate another part of the economic chain and the new commercial port that will greatly facilitate the industry of fishing. The new construction sites that have been opened and will be opened, I believe, will give an important impulse to Vlora, the new Orikum Dukat road, its connection with the tunnel and the passage to the other side of the Llogora and the Bypass that is functional are part of an infrastructure for decades that will increase the circulation capacity.
