Merita Dukaj, the new ambassador of the EU in the Western Balkans

 Merita Dukaj is a student of Albanian origin in the fourth grade of the "25.maji" high school in Tuz, a city populated massively by Albanians. She was announced as one of the new ambassadors of the EU in the Western Balkans.

She graduated from the "Mahmut Lekiq" primary school in Tuz in 2019 as a winner of the "Luça/Pishtar" diploma, while she currently attends the "25.maji" high school in Tuz (4th year).

Since primary school, he has been actively involved in writing poems, mainly in the magazine "Koha Javore" in the Albanian language.

In 2019, he published the collection of poems "Rzezet e para".
She participates in all school activities, and is a member of various sections within the school, such as the literary group "Jehona", and "Young Historians", she is also one of the coordinators of the volunteer club "25.maji".

Merita is the winner of the award for the best poem in 2020.
She is the representative of her school in the Union of High School Students of Montenegro.

Merita is also a new UNICEF reporter from 2021.

She is fluent in Albanian, Montenegrin, English, and Spanish.
