Not all MPs of the English conservative party share the same attitude with their secretary of internal affairs Suela Braverman, that "Albanians who arrive by rafts are invading England".
Conservative MP Daniel Kawczynski in a parliamentary committee told his colleagues about the protest of the Albanians a week ago in the English capital.
"Albanian children are being bullied in schools, facing abuse of a racist nature. I met with Albanian citizens on Westminster Bridge last week when they were peacefully demonstrating holding Albanian flags and saying: "I am a construction worker, a nurse, a doctor, I am a teacher and we contribute to this country: I love the United Kingdom! while the media tells us portrays as criminals". I am touched by what I saw and heard at Westminster Bridge from these hard-working people," said Kawczynski.
The Conservative MP condemned the language used in the media and the comments about this protest.
"The demonstration that I saw is very different from the developments that were reflected in the Mail on Sunday article, where these protesters were portrayed as people who created violence. That's not what I saw. People like Mr. Nigel Farage try to exalt this anti-Albanian hysteria in the pages of the Mail on Sunday. They should be very, very careful in what they are doing," he said.
Daniel Kawczynski also had this message for the minister of his party, Suela Braverman:
"We all want the end of the criminal model of criminal groups, but in no way do we take the Albanians as an example. The home secretary should focus on her duties. She has to be careful with the language she uses," said Kawczynski.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Home Office, said on Thursday that it had deported 26 Albanians at the end of their sentences in English prisons.
