He announced the first protest for Sunday, after the Kosovo government's decision on license plates.
After this meeting, Vucic will meet with the Chinese ambassador Chen Bo, and then with the Russian ambassador to Serbia, Aleksandar Bocan Harchenko.
While the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, after the Summit in Berlin, has spoken to the media, where he has spoken about the license plate issue.
He has stated that there can be no postponement of the decision on the license plate issue, as requested by the internationals.
"The 10-month postponement cannot be a postponement, it can be 3 weeks or 1 month, we did not postpone because we are within our rights, we have expressed understanding for the American concerns. We wish not to compromise on the implementation of the right law and violate peace and security, and we have done this with the decision we have made," said Kurti.
According to him, a differentiated and sequencing approach has been implemented, which he believes is the best way.
Also, Kurti emphasized that they are constantly in contact with the United States of America and the American embassy, as well as with the American ambassador in Kosovo and the American Department.
"There is no decision that causes preoccupation of peace and security about which we notify our partners in advance, they know our decision in advance. It cannot be said that there was any disregard of our government towards European concerns", said Kurti.
"I'm not interested in fines, but in license plate conversion"
Also, Kurti spoke about the Government's latest decision regarding license plates.
He emphasized that there will be no fines until November 21, it is a three-week period that will only have remarks and reprimands, local media reports.
He emphasized that he is not interested in distributing fines, but in converting license plates from illegal ones to RKS ones.
"I am not interested in anyone being fined and the vehicles confiscated, I am interested in them being converted. Here, the obstacle is not the information, but the terror from Belgrade that is inflicted on the citizens", said the head of the executive.
