It is becoming more and more difficult for American businesses in Albania to find and retain qualified workers.
Their choice to work for companies abroad has been announced as the main concern in the results of the American Chamber of Commerce index.
"Qualified people are not only leaving Albania, but some of them work from Albania for foreign companies", said Enio Jaço.
